The location was great, close to the ski hills and plenty of restaurants and shops. the room was clean and had all the basic amenities. We appreciated the free access to the sauna and pool. the staff was really nice and helpful, always greeting us with a smile. We also liked the fact that the hotel provided fresh towels every day.

The noise from other guests was unbearable. We could hear everything from the adjacent room, even people whispering.

The furniture in the room was quite old and could use an update. the walls were not soundproof, and I could hear conversations from the neighboring room.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The public areas were newly renovated, and the hotel facilities were excellent. There was plenty of parking available, very convenient for us. The location was super close to the slopes, making it easy for us to enjoy our skiing holiday. The staff were nice and spoke good English. They had a great sense of humor and made us feel right at home. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options, including croissants, sliced meat and cheese, yogurt with granola, scrambled and hard-boiled eggs, bacon.
